Child Privacy
Family Hub Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy. We want to handle any information that you provide through the XUXAยฎ app with the utmost care. In compliance with the Childrenโs Online Privacy Protection Act โCOPPAโ, we will inform parents and legal guardians (hereinafter โparentsโ) about how Family Hub collects, discloses and otherwise uses personal information from children under age 13. We will obtain consent from the registered adult when we collect any personally identifiable information of children under age 13. We encourage children to check with their parents before entering information on any website. We encourage parents to discuss with their children appropriate safety and guidelines regarding sharing personal information with anyone they do not know online.
What Kind of Information is Collected?
The XUXA application does not collect any personal identifying information directly from children. Any personal data is provided by the parent/adult Family Group administrator during registration. Family Hub Inc gathers information to more effectively operate its site and to help us personalize and improve your experience while using Family Hub Inc.โs sites. While some of the information collected is required for membership or necessary to use the services provided by the site, other information is voluntarily given by you

Who Do We Share Your Personal Information With?

If you wish change your consent about how Family Hub Inc. discloses or uses your information, or wish to access, correct or update personal information (such as your address), we will endeavor to correct, update or remove the personal data you give us. Some information can be modified by you directly. Examples of information you can access easily include personally identifiable information (including name, e-mail, site password); payment settings (including credit card information); e-mail notification settings, including Alerts.

Children under 18 may only use the XUXA app with the consent and involvement of a parent.
How Long Will We Keep Your Credit Card Information?
In general, we will keep your personal information only for such period as may be required or allowed by applicable law. Credit card numbers are only used for age verification, donation or payment processing and are not retained for any other purposes.
